Letter of Consent

On Spring 2020 Term, I compulsorily had to leave my room I had been staying in Koç
University (KU), due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Dorms and Housing Directorate asked me
to collect my remaining belongings until 4th of October 2020. However, I could not collect
my belongings until the declared deadline.
I allow the KU Dorms and Housing Directorate staff to collect my belongings and put them
in storage, which I could not have collected personally by visiting campus or through the
help of a friend of mine.
I bear all the responsibility about the collection and storage of my belongings I’ve voluntarily
left in my room, by KU Dorms and Housing Directorate staff. I irrevocably accept,
acknowledge and confirm that Koç University will not bear any responsibility about any kind
of loss and damage that may occur regarding my belongings and I won’t make any claim
to Koç University about my belongings under any title.
