Project Name: E-commerce Website with suggestion features.

INTRODUCTION:
Motivation: Idea about this project is come from by facing many problems in buying
products of the customer without knowing the product details or suggestion in markets.
After completing this project, the system will help Client and Administration to process
online shopping so easily. The administration will be the owner or the manager of the
company or retailer of the products. This system will reduce extra cost for client and
Administration. There will be an extra cost if the customers go to market for buying the
products, here the cost may be money or time etc. The website will available all the
information (needed) in one place.

What is an E-Commerce website?

E-Commerce websites are online portals that facilitate online transactions of goods and
services through means of the transfer of information and funds over the Internet. In
the early days, E-Commerce was done partially through emails and phone calls. Now,
with a single website, anything and everything that a transaction needs can be executed
online.

There are different e-Commerce websites for every field. The most common type is
retail selling, but there are many others too, like auction websites, business-to-business
services, music portals, consultancy websites, finance management websites, and the
like.

Objective of our website:

The main purpose of the E-commerce website with suggestion features is to provide
another way for a customer to buy products easily. It is an automatic system. Using this
website, the sellers do not need to do manually process of selling products.

1. To Speed up the buying process and save time for customers
2. To personalize the store as per the customer expectation.
3. Reduce recurring cost while hiring virtual support resources. Example- it doesn’t need
any shop or market place to sell the product like manual system.

7. Quick and affordable marketing

the trend of e-commerce wasn’t as popular as these days. So they started their official
operation again from 2013. Now, this is the 8th ranked e-commerce business according
to the survey. A Canadian company is acting to affiliate it from the very first time of the

Our services:
There are so many websites in Bangladesh nowadays. But there are rare websites where
the customers not only buy the products but also can get suggestions of the perfect product
for his or her skin type. Yes, we will add the suggestion features in our website to help the
customers to identify the product which is suitable for him. By some questions, the
database will identify the skin type of the customer and the interface will vary according to
all skin types and hair types. The questions about skin are:

1. Do you feel your skin neither tight nor oily? (For normal skin)
2. Do you feel your skin tight? (For dry skin)
3. Do you feel your skin oily over? (For oily skin)
4. Do you feel your skin T-zone normal and dry cheeks? (For combination skin)
5. Do you feel your skin red, irritated tight and patchy? (For sensitive skin)
 The questions about hair are:

In the morning, press a tissue to your scalp at the crown of your head. Do not rub the
tissue around; just a gentle press against your scalp will suffice. Press it against your
head behind your ears as well.

1. Is there oil residue on the tissue? (For oily hair)

2. Do you see a trace of oil on the tissue? (For medium hair)
3. Is there nothing at all on the tissue? (For dry hair)
4. Is there no oil from one spot, but a lot of oil from another spot on your scalp? (For
combination hair)

The customer firstly will submit his gender and select only one option among these questions.
Then the whole website will show the products which suits his skin.

There will be 3 user panels in our website.

 ADMIN PANEL:

The main role of admin is to add, update, verify and delete customer’s account. Admin can
also add, update and delete manager’s account in case of any difficulties. Admin will be
responsible for updating product details, product prices, differentiate types according to
questions, keeping sell records etc.
  MANAGER PANEL:

Manager can view and update order information as long as received orders. They can
manage the orders from the customer and can update the product details if the admin
wants to do so.

 CUSTOMER PANEL:

Customer can view product information along with prices and view wish list based on
purchased records. Customer can cancel orders verified by admin or managers. They can
pay fare over e- paying method. Customer can view products based on their skin types or
hair types. They can know which products suit their skin or hair.

FUTURE PLAN
We think that our system will have potential to grow.Besides,we will include more
functions and introduce more widgets to the system.Like

1. Mobile apps
2. Artificial Intelligence (AI) delivery
3. Call Center Support
4. We can built a web application software for different platform to access easily.
5. In Future we can issue a membership card or speciel ID depending on client profile to
offer many Interesting service.
6. We also plan to enhance the interface so that it looks more attractive and interactive.
