- There were more issues with - We need to change our tool by adjusting to
distractions rather than having our audience’s needs. They need more help

2. Address the questions/concerns you have on the Inspiration Phase or any changes you’ve
made due to the feedback you received.
- How do we help parents with communicating with their teachers? We also need to make
the survey accessible to our audience.
3. Draw a user experience map to visualize the experience that a user might have when using
your idea over time by doing the following:
Updated User Map:
Select a user for your product. Give a person a name and a few characteristics (i.e. name, age,
profession, etc.). They are the audience/beneficiaries of your idea.
○ How were they introduced to your product/project?
○ What are some key moments that the user would experience during the learning
journey in your project/product (i.e. start, middle, endpoint): You can illustrate
these key moments by drawing or using other visual tools. Be as creative and
comprehensive as you can. Please limit the key elements to 6-10 pieces.
