    NOTICE

    This is to notify Warden Randel Latoza and the officer having custody of my client ROBERTO
    SILAS to inform the latter of his right to demand trial pursuant to Republic Act 8493. My client has been
    charged of theft and has been detained in Manila City Jail for six months from his arrest on June 13,
    2020. Pursuant to the afore-mentioned law, my client should be informed by the officer having custody
    over him upon receipt of this notice of his right to demand trial.
