In the 7 Core of Leadership, being good at listening and communicating is what I considered
most important. Being a great leader, you should always be open in all of the suggestions and
concerns of your members in order to have a successful outcome and you should communicate
well to each other so that any problems will be fixed immediately and there will be no
misunderstanding. Being a good listener and good at communicating will help you to have a
better understanding with the people around you because of this you will be able to know
different opinions and personalities that will help in achieving your goals, also listening and
communicating will show how you respect and value everyone and It will also build trust within
your members and this will keep them motivated to work hard.
