Cable Ladders Overview

A complete cable support system specifically designed for arduous applications, with a product
portfolio based on technical design innovations. With a variety of time saving features that make
it quicker, safer and easier to complete the installation, our cable ladder ranges are designed and
tested to comply with relevant international standards and specifications.

ECO Horizontally Mounted Cable Ladder

The ECO Cable Ladder system is designed to carry electrical cables in horizontally mounted light to
medium duty commercial applications with spans up to 3 metres.

The ECO Cable Ladder comprises of two side rails, formed to a “Z” profile and perforated cross rungs,
formed to a “U” profile which can be easily self-assembled on site, with no hot-works or electricity
required. This rigid assembly is light weight, extremely easy to install and its innovative design
features makes it easier to handle on site. The pre-galvanised finish is aesthetically pleasing and
ideally suited for those “in plain sight” installations and architectural applications where there is
above ceiling visibility.

Normally supplied in a “Flat Pack” format for ease of transportation, handling and storage, and a fully
assembled offer is also available upon request.

F76 Horizontally Mounted Cable Ladder

The F76 Cable Ladder system is designed to carry electrical cables in horizontally mounted heavy
duty commercial as well as medium duty industrial applications with spans up to 3 metres.

The F76 Cable Ladder comprises of an all welded construction, which is made up of two side rails,
formed to a “Z” profile and perforated cross rungs, formed to a semi “U” profile (“J” Type) for widths up
to 600mm and a “U” profile for 800 and 1000mm.

STRONGBOW™ Edge Mounted Cable Ladders

The STRONGBOW™ Cable Ladder system is specifically designed to carry electrical cables in edge
mounted, heavy duty industrial and mining applications with spans up to 3 metres.

The STRONGBOW™ Cable Ladder comprises of an all welded construction, which is made up of two
side rails, formed to a “Z” profile and perforated cross rungs, formed to a “U” channel profile. The three
point welding configuration at the junction of each cross rung and side rail ensures that the product
exhibits exceptional structural rigidity and load bearing capability when mounted on edge.

LONGBOW™ Horizontally Mounted Cable Ladder

The LONGBOW™ cable ladder system is designed to carry electrical cables in horizontally mounted
heavy duty industrial, mining and petrochemical applications with spans up to 6 metres.

The LONGBOW™ Cable Ladder comprises of an all welded construction, which is made up of two side
rails, formed to a “C” profile and perforated cross rungs, formed to a “U” channel profile.

Tested in-house and verified independently to meet the requirements of Class 20B (112kg/m | 75lb/
ft) and Class 20C (149kg/m | 100lb/ft), with a supported span of up to 6.0m (Table 2 NEMA VE 1).
