Design & Develop a Product

You are a Product team of start up company.

Vision of your company is to “Delight the customers continuously and consistently with highly
innovative products of high utility and of best value”.

As a product team you have to design and develop new product/products.

Please make the presentation, capturing following highlights.

1. Product Idea & Innovation -- Check

2. Competition and opportunity analysis – Ankit
3. Product & Brand Positioning strategy – Deepanjan/ Sruthi
4. Product platform strategy – Anubhav
5. Revenue & Profit projection for three years – Check

Presentation methodology

1. Each group, comprising of 5 participants will make a 15 minutes presentation.

2. Each participant will make a presentation for a minimum time of 2 minutes. Participant
timing less than 2 minutes will earn negative marks.
3. At the end of the presentation, there will be an open session for 5 minutes.
4. Each participant will be evaluated individually for 20 marks.

Quiz:

Each group will appear for a quiz for 5 minutes in private room after presentation for individual
evaluation of 10 marks.

General Conditions:

1. Groups may choose the industry of their choice.

2. Based on Industry choice, the group will collect the data and information regarding
competition ( qualitative)
3. Groups may create their own brand name, logo and color scheme, appropriate for the
industry and the company.
4. Group may choose any one participant as the “Product strategist” and create Product
organization structure for defining role for each participant and for making the presentation.
