A. CONCLUSIONS

1. Design of skid enclosure using WF 300 Structure is safe and fulfill the safety standard,
it can be seen on page 9 report of design load.

2. Design of padeye is safe with tear out stress is 164.80 N/mm2, where yield stress of
material 250.00 N/mm2, its can be seen on page 11 report of padeye design evaluate.
3. The chain sling requirement according EN 818-4 standard is minimum 13 mm and
shackle requirement according EN 13889 standard for load 4.8 t is ¾ inch.
4. Base on manual calculation, Overall the design of structure is safety condition to lifting
and moving process while not found discontinuity like crack, corrosion or the other.
The welding must be fully penetration.

5. Design of forklift pocket is safe, refer to point 4.2.3.2 at calculation load the of structure
is 100.56 N/mm2, where yield stress of material is 250.00N/mm2 .
