 From A1 to A6 well is for one sample, A7-A12 well is for second sample, for B to H are in
the same manner,so maximal one plate can extract 16 samples.
 Machine can put two plates once, so our machine is 32 samples per run.
Pre-filled Nucleic Acid Extraction Kits

Open the box, you will see 4 pieces of pre-filled 96 deep-well plates, and some small tubes
(normally it is Proteinase K and Proteinase K diluent,different kits may different)

beads pre-filled inside,there are also some other buffer pre-filled you can see

For each kits, we normally offer three kind of different package specifictions:20T, 40T and 64T

Each plate can extract 5 samples, so 5 samplesX4 plates =20 T/Kit

 Pre-filled Nucleic Acid Extraction Kits

40T/Kit

Each plate can extract 10 samples, so 10 samplesX4 plates =40 T/Kit

 Pre-filled Nucleic Acid Extraction Kits

64T/Kit

Each plate can extract 16samples, so 16 samplesX4 plates =64 T/Kit

Important Notes:
 You must insert the Mixing Sleeves in the flame, If you put one plate, No matter how many
samples you extract, you must put two sleeves and if you put two plates, you must put four
sleeves, this sleeves is to protect the magnetic rods not touch the regents, otherwise it will
be contaminated.
 Sleeves is send with kits together, each plate have two pieces.
Single Pre-filled Nucleic Acid Extraction Kits

Open the box, you will see 20 pieces of pre-filled 6 strip tubes, and some small tubes
(normally it is Proteinase K and Proteinase K diluent,different kits may different)
Single Pre-filled Nucleic Acid Extraction Kits

 For the single kits extraction, you need order a docking separately
 You can extract from 1-8 samples per time with one docking
 Libex can put two dockings, so max 16 samples per time
Put into machine

Important Notes:
 For extract 1-4 samples, one sleeve is enough.
 For extract 5-8 samples, you need two sleeves
