    Place: 077 Leuterio Street Poblacion 2 Santa Cruz, Occidental Mindoro

    I Ms. Marie Beth C. Mazano, make commitment to pay Littele Snowie Company, the sum of
    Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (₱ 25,000.00). Repayment in the form of 24 equal payments at the
    interest rate of 8% of ₱ 1,104.17 payable on the 20th of each month, beginning on March 20, 2020 until
    the total amount of debt is paid.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I set my hand under the seal this 4th of March 2020, and I acknowledge
    receipt of completed copy of this instrument.
