First of all, let’s say all the praise and gratitude to Allah SWT due to all of His blessing,
mercy, and guidance upon all of us. Shalawat and salam may everlastingly be upon our
Great Prophet Muhammad SAW who have led and guided us from dark into bright path.

Ladies and gentleman, I believe that We will be a winner in fighting corona nowadays.
None of us want to be sick caused Corona. The big question is how to fight the Corona?
The quick answer is being discipline in doing health protocol, Also live in healthy
lifestyle. Then the questions continue as We always want to be healthy right? But, how
we can stay healthy? There are so many ways that can we do to stay healthy. For
example are: doing exercise, taking balanced nutrious food, not smoking and keep your
surrounding clean in case doing health protocol such as Washing hands, wear mask
when we go outside, keep physical distancing and Check our body temperature
continuously.

There are so many benefits from live a healthy life, one of them is avoiding Corona
Virus. Health is the key for us to live our life. If we are healthy we can do anything that
we want and we will be winning the fight.

So, ladies and gentleman let’s do a healthy life to make our life more valuable and to
fight the Corona.
