Notes:

1. Vendor to decide Type of Fans(exhaust or supply) , Number of fans, capacity & Quantity of fans required based on inputs given

2. Vendor to design HVAC(Axial flow fans) based on equipment Heat Load & provide the offer. Also Vendor to seperately design HVAC(Axial flow fans) based on heat changes per hour.
Calculation for both shall be submitted.

3.Vendor to consider temperature rise of 5 oC for calculation of heat loads.

4. vendor to select necessary AC capacity for sepcified rooms and provide the suppoting calculations for it considering standard lighting load, human load etc

5. Vendor to consider standard lighting loads for AC & Fans

6. Vendor to consider static pressure of 10 mm for calculation & designing of fans , except for switch gear room where static pressure shall be 15mm.

7. Vendor to submit GA Drawings, description, datasheet & supporting calculations for selected quantities

8. Vendor shall refer the tentaive layout drawing attached

9) Vendor shall seperately list the Additions or Exclusions / Deviations from the above specifications.
