Once upon a time there was a dear little girl who was loved by every one who

looked at her, but most of all by her grandmother, and there was nothing that
she would not have given to the child. Once she gave her a little cap of red
velvet, which suited her so well that she would never wear anything else. So
she was always called Little Red Riding Hood.
Cars is Pixar's seventh feature film. It was released in theaters on June 9, 2006. A sequel, Cars 2,
was released in theaters and 3D on June 24, 2011. A second sequel, Cars 3, was released in
theaters on June 16, 2017. This film is the final Pixar film produced independently before it was
purchased by Disney. A spin-off, Planes, produced by the now-defunct DisneyToon Studios, was
released on August 9, 2013, followed by its own sequel Planes: Fire & Rescue on July 18, 2014.
