These are: Product Development, market research, merchandising and

sales- an also, safety.

How did eBay begin?

This web of sales it begins in 1995 when a called fellow Pierre Omidyar
has the fabulous idea of selling goods for the net, in internet there are
millions of people with the purchasing power of buying, so this concept
was very good.

How is the company developing?

With the of fórums of debate, ebay found the opportunity to enter to the
world of the internet, this was a good penetration strategy

What are the main threats to eBay’s future success?

The growing competition in the market that can displace ebay like the
main leader, as well as the marketing strategies if they are well planned
or in not well state.
