AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT AND CONSENT

I, EASTER F. LIM, parent of Margarette Nicole Lim, citizen of the United

Kingdom, of legal age, and a resident of the United Kingdom, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

1. That I am giving full consent for my child to travel from Philippines to

the United Kingdom with traveling companion, Natividad Lim, who is my
mother;

2. That I had able to maintain and support my child financially since she
was a child until present time;

3. That I am willing and able to maintain and support my child financially

and guarantee that she will not become a public charge or burden
during her stay in the United Kingdom.
