With full encouragement and dedication. I heard from a reliable source that the
Department of Social Welfare and Development is in need of a Municipal Link. I am Samantha
M. Sulayao, single and a resident of San Antonio N. Samar. I believe that my knowledge, skills,
abilities and attitude present within me makes me confident that I have the qualities of an ideal
public servant that your Department needs.

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Agri-Fishery Arts at the

University of Eastern Philippines. In addition I have also finished taking up my NCIII-
Agricultural Crop Production at Arteche National Agricultural School TESDA (ANAS). I also
attended seminar workshops and trainings in the past that serves as an additional experience to
continuously develop my capabilities as a future public servant. Last May 2019, I passed the
March 2019 Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers.

With this interest, I want to have a hands-on experiences working in various government
agencies such as DSWD. This is an opportunity for me to learn life skills in the workplace, and
to share my abilities and time as a public servant.
