10 ways to have better conversation

Don’t multitask Be present at the moment and not to think


about something else when having a
conversation with someone.
Don’t pontificate State an opinion without having an
argument or pushback. Enter a conversation
where you can actually learn something.
Setting aside one’s self Setting aside personal opinion to make sure
the conversation to become less vulnerable.
Use open-ended questions To start questions with Who, What, Where,
When and How. Let the other person to
describe or answer the question. This will
get an interesting respond from the other
person.
To go with the flow Thoughts will come to mind and leave at the
same time
Say the truth To tell the truth. If you don’t like it, tell the
other person that you don’t like it. This is to
make sure the other person to be more
careful.
Don’t equate your experience with the other All experiences are different and individual.
