Job Responsibilities
Preparing and delivering lectures, and conducting tutorials and seminars for undergraduate and
graduate students.
Preparing design project handouts and guiding students.
Preparing and marking essays, assignments and examinations.
Setting examination questions.
Advising students on academic and related matters.
Attending departmental and faculty meetings, conferences and seminars.
Participating in setting course and degree requirements, curriculum revision and academic
planning.
Taking core and major courses in both BBA and MBA program. List of courses include
Principles of Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Communication, Introduction to
Business, Entrepreneurship, Advertising, Brand Management, Service Marketing, Strategic
Marketing, Strategic Management etc.
Conducting research in particular fields of knowledge.
Stimulating and guiding class discussions.
Course scheduling and assignment among faculty members as well as monitoring class
progressions throughout the term.
Create, execute and analyze an effective strategic marketing plan with budget details
Manage strategic promotional partnerships
Create marketing and promotional materials by interfacing with all stakeholders
Identify and analyze appropriate channels of marketing communications and actionable insights by
consumer market segmentation
Maintain & develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison
with internal order-processing staff
Work closely with the top management and lead the Sales & Marketing team to understand the
promotional requirements of organization’s current agents and distributors
