Looking after the operation of two outlets The Falhumaa (Fine Dining),The Beach Bar (Main
bar) and reporting to the F&B Manager.
Prepare all the reports for outlet (month end, P&L, promotions planning and execution).
Attend all the F&B meetings and communicate the information to the staff in an accurate
and timely manner.
Increase profitability for the restaurants.
Performs the administrative duties such as pay roll, inventories, training plans, and
breakage reports and duty hour’s schedule.
Ensure that the staff has the necessary skills to perform their duties through consistent
training in accordance with the monthly training plan.
