To Whom It May Concern:

I have had the pleasure of working with Kylie Cianciolo as her class advisor for the past 4 years.
Throughout this time, I have had the chance to get to know Kylie well, and I can say without hesitation
that she is one of the finest young ladies I have had the pleasure to work with at Fairview High School.

Kylie has dedicated herself to service for the Class of 2020 and our Key Club at FHS. I have
witnessed Kylie taking initiative on projects see them through to fruition successfully. She has done this
while earning and maintaining the respect of teachers and students alike. She frequently checks with me
to see what he can do to help with class activities.

The specific tasks and service projects that Kylie has participated are numerous. She has worked
many fundraising events such as the Fill the Truck event twice, and our Summerfest Booth last July. She
also has been extremely helpful to our administrators delivering flyers to inform neighbors of the progress
of the current construction project in our school. She has handed out schedules for our Back To School
Night for multiple years and last year stayed the whole first day of school to run through a foreign
exchange student’s schedule with her. Each year she has helped with the PTA Reflections program, and
helps in the library of our Early Education Center in several ways. Last year during a teacher in-service
day she also made comfort cards. As a member of our senior class, Kylie participated in the annual
Seniors Helping Seniors day when our twelfth graders went in to the community to rake leaves and help
our Fairview Park senior citizens with yardwork and home projects.

As you can see, Kylie is a kind and caring young lady that goes above and beyond to help others.
