SUBJECT: EZ (EV/ES) Improvement of Master removal action

[Brief] Case 1
Master removal action has been improved. When master removal action is performed by
Clamp unit of the main machine, the master on the Drum may remain on the Drum. It is due
to lack of the distance of the Clamp unit cam movement for its lower position (Master
removal action position). In this case, the edge of the master on the Drum may be not able
to go into the Master removal unit correctly. So we improved Clamp unit cam shape (black
plastic part) to keep the edge of the master on the Drum so that it can go into the Master
removal unit correctly.

[Brief] Case 2
We prepare the new Clamp Collar to improve the master removal action also only for
spare part. New Clamp Collar shape is D13 and black color (current type is D12 and white
color). This is to be large the opening distance between Clamp plate and clump base
magnet during master removal action. It is to keep the edge of the master on the Drum so
that the edge of the master can go into the master removal unit correctly.

[Note]
This part (046-75517) is only for spare part. Please do not assemble it to the clamp assy
of the Drum when you use the new clamp unit of the main machine which clamp unit cam
(case 1) is improved. If you use two parts (new cam and new collar) at same machine, it
may be too large of the opening distance between Clamp plate and clump base magnet.
And then, the wrinkle problem may occur during master loading and wrapping the master on
the Drum.
