Admission will be generated subject to fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility requirement. Ad n formalities are to be completed by selected candidates on 21-12-2020 to 22-12-2020 up to 1:00 pm in the office of the Office of the Dean, Faculty of Humanities & Languages. At the time of admission, selected candidates will submit the originals of the following along with a self-attested photocopy. Candidates should bring the downloaded admit card registration Form and two recent passport size photograph at the time of admission. Proof of passing the qualifying examination together with the original marks sheet, in accordance with the eligibility requirements for admission as mentioned prospectus. Proof of age based on the certificate of high School/Secondary School or an equivalent examination. Proof of permanent address(Voter ID card, Passport, Driving License and Adhaar Card) as declared in the application form with the name of police station and District. Muslim OBC and Muslim ST candidates will be required to submit the respective Category Certificate issued by the competent authority recently. For candidates who have applied in the PWD category, certificate for disability is required from a Government Certified Authority. Candidate seeking admission under Kashmir Migrants Category will be required to submit a certificate in support of their claim of being Kashmiri Migrants obtained from registered Divisional Commissioner, of the concerned State. Candidate seeking admission under Candidates from Jammu & Kashmir category will be required to submit a state- domicile certificate from the institution last attended. Character Certificate from the institution last attended. Certificate from an MBBS doctor or Government hospital certifying blood group. In case an intervening/gap period in involved, the candidate has to submit a certificate/affidavit from class 1 Gazetted officer/Notary Public for the entire intervening/Gap period showing year-wise Pre-occupation and non indulgence in any criminal activities after leaving the institution last attended. Affidavit for not indulging in ragging activity as per prescribed Performa. The candidate should submit the counter foil of admission fee slip to concern office of the Dean/Department/center after submission of fees.
