COMPLAINT LETTER FOR EXPIRED PRODUCT

Dear Marby Company,

On December 1, 2020, I bought a pack of crinkles with Lot Number MPA1716567 at one
of your stores near the Ma La Vhu Subdivision. Under the assumption that everything in
your store is “effective and new” just as advertised, I immediately consumed at least two
crinkles. However, while I was ingesting the crinkles, there was a different after taste.

Unfortunately, I looked at the packet of the crinkles only to find out that the product has
expired last November 10, 2020, which could have been the reason for the ugly taste.
With this, I would demand a full refund of the total amount I paid for the crinkles.
Furthermore, should there be any complication brought by the ingestion of your expired
product, I would appreciate that your company would shoulder all my expenses.
