 Honesty - It is very important to be honest in a game to avoid conflict especially when you
playing. Be fair enough to your opponent and don't make such a nasty thing that you might regret
at the end. It involves being trustworthy, loyal, fair and sincere.
 Respect - Of course you need to respect one another. Whoever or wherever they came from you
should give them respect, because if you have that kind of values in sport someone will adore
and look up to you and respect you also.
 Teamwork - In playing a game, teamwork must always be present in order for you to succeed,
not just only a leader will follow and command but also their members. You should work
together to achieve a common goal. With this, there's a possibility that your team will win.
 Perseverance - It is a skill that needs to a player in order to succeed. You need to be persevere
and believe of what you are doing, have a courage to do your best to win and strive more and
never give up.
 Embrace Failure - In a game, winning and losing are always part of it. If you lose, accept your
defeat and use it to motivate yourself that you can do better next time. If you win, be humble
enough and never look down to others. It is only a matter if you will win or lose in a game, the
important is, you use your failure to strive more and motivation.

31-35 Differentiate Individual, Dual and Team sport.

 Individual sport - Individual sports is those sports which played alone without teammates or
partner. The major advantage of individual sports is that the athlete can progress at her own pace
to improve self skills. In order words, an individual sport is actually one vs one sport, where
there is one person against another. For example, Golf, swimming, and tennis are played as a
team and are also played as an individual.
 Dual sport - is a type of sports that are played by two people playing against each other. This is
similar to team sports, which refers to sports where two groups play against each other, only that
its a 1V1 (one versus one) competition.
 Team sport- A team sport is an activity in which a group of individuals, on the same team, work
together to accomplish an ultimate goal which is usually to win. Some team sports are practiced
between opposing teams, where the players interact directly and simultaneously between them to
achieve an objective.
