Teiecommunication Engineers (IETE), 2, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi- j India, Contd.p/2.(2) Both the above being hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties” Clause 1: Broad Objective Cisco ASC shall collaborate with IETE to open Cisco Networking Academy inlETE- Head Office, New Delhiand register all desirous members of IETE irrespective of their category including student member- all categoryin Cisco Networking Academy on-line courses as per Annexure ~'A’ in Pan India Clause 2: Responsibility of ETE A. IETE-Delhi will operate IETE Cisco Networking Academy to run various Cisco Networking Academy on-line Courses as per Annexure-A in Pan India for all IETE Student members. B. IETEwill promote Cisco Networking Academy on-line courses as per Annexure-A to minimum 50,000 student members of IETEStudent Chapterswithout any financial implications from either side. C. IETE will promote on-lineCisco Networking Academy events in Pan India. D. IETE will provide slots to Cisco ASC representatives in its Annual Convention and other importantevents to promote Cisco Networking Academyin Pan India. Clause 3: Responsibility of Cisco ASC A. Cisco ASC will onboard IETE-Delhias Cisco Network Academy without any financial implications. B. All Cisco Networking Academy Students will get all Cisco Academy Courses Free of Cost, Neither Cisco nor ASC charges anything from the student. C. Cisco ASC will invite IETE representatives to attend the Cisco Annual Conference. Contd.p/3 a(3) Clause 4: Joint Responsibilities of Cisco ASC and IETE A. Cisco ASC and IETE will jointly review status in each Quarter. = Cisco ASC and IETE will jointly chalk out promotional strategy for each other. C. Students successfully completed on-line courses from IETE Cisco Networking Academy will be awarded certificate (On-line) with a joint Certificate from Cisco Networking Academy and Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers. D. Any changes/modifications related to courses, schedule shall be mutually agreed to and be made effective as decided mutually. Clause 5: Period of Validity of Agreement A. The agreement shall remain valid for a minimum period of three (03) years from the date of signing of agreement. B. After completion of first year and consequent years depending upon the success of the program, both parties will mutually decide to extend the agreement period, incorporating such/necessary amendments as would have become necessary and observed during the period of agreement. Clause 6: Termination of Agreement Both the parties reserve the right to terminate the agreement within 6(Six) months prior notice from either side and termination notice is subject to the approval of IETE Executive committee and Cisco ASC. Clause 7: Miscellaneous Any doubts/clarifications/confusions/issues between two parties will be resolved mutually.
