I’m going to give you an overview of my proprietary


tool to help you structure your presentation; the Your
PresenterMap.
Destination
Why do I call it a map? Because I think it's useful to
think of a presentation as a journey that you the
presenter are taking the audience on. So you as the
presenter need to map out the route that Journey is
going to take. Start
At a practical level, the PresenterMap is a way of
organising your content.

It's a series of boxes that contain the information


that's in your presentation. Some of the boxes have
three or more pieces of material in them. And that's
why it looks a bit complicated.

Let’s break down the PresenterMap into its constituent parts.

The first box sets the context; the purpose of set

When finally you reach the last box, you've arrived at
