Hotel Orchid

Introduction:
Hotel services have played a functional role in the life of our people. Hotel
industry is the engine room for effective communication and all business
transactions within and outside the country. And we present our hotel Orchid for
all of our consumers.

Hotel Advertising has contributed a lot to boost a better image of both major and
minor hotels in developed services provides meals, drinks, attraction,
accommodation etc, to the general public or person on transit especially to
people who are leaving their homes to other foreign lands for business
transactions. Customers are interested in finding out the facilities of a hotel
before booking an accommodation whenever they are in their business trip.

These are the characteristics of hotels in overseas and very few in Bangladesh
such as metropolitan hotel, Sheraton hotels, hotel la meridiana, hotel
presidential, hotel royal tulip.

Most of these hotels have made reasonable image both nationally and
international and the credit goes to advertising that have what it takes to create
awareness of the benefits accruing from hotel services to its public. For instance
recently, in cox’z bazaar area some hotels have come up with the advertisement
of their services for awareness to the public for better financing.
Company Product:
In a hotel business there are several types of product available in this business. In
our hotel this products are available to service our customers:

 In-room dining
 Complimentary continental breakfast and coffee
 Fitness center
 Valet parking
 Bag service
 Wireless internet (free throughout the hotel)
 Restaurant and lounge
 Board and meeting rooms
 swimming pool

Ads objective: As we start our new business on the tourism market and this is our
hotel orchid. For this new hotel we chose our ads objective and it is brand
awareness. First of all we need to create public awareness about our hotel. In the
tourism market our hotel is new for everyone, if people do not get enough idea
about this hotel this time we can not run our business properly. For this crucial
ads we chose our objective it is brand awareness.

Brand Awareness:
Brand awareness is the level of consumer consciousness of a company. It
measures a potential customer’s ability to not only recognize a brand image, but
to also associate it with a certain company’s product or service.

Brand awareness is best spread through both inbound and outbound marketing
efforts. When competition in an industry is high, brand awareness can be one of a
business’s greatest assets.
Why is Brand Awareness Important : Brand awareness is important because it
helps audiences understand, recall, and become comfortable with your branding
and products. If you can build brand awareness among your target demographic,
you can help your brand become top-of-mind when these consumers are ready to
research and make a purchase. Since customers already recognize your brand,
they will be more likely to buy from your business than, say, a competitor’s
business with which they’re not as familiar.

Brand awareness is often seen as the first stage of the marketing funnel. By
creating brand awareness, you can cast a wide net across your audience of
potential buyers. From there, you can funnel leads towards the research and
decision-making processes, and eventually the buying process.

Ads Audience:
A target audience is a group of consumers with similar characteristics that are
important to a business because they represent more potential value than the
general population.

For your hotel, a target audience or “right guest”, could be a group whose desired
experience closely matches what your property offers – so satisfaction and the
likelihood of a positive review is high. Another possibility, is a group whose travel
plans closely align to your business objectives – last-minute trips, longer stays,
reduced risk of cancellation, etc.

Depends on the perspective, there are several types of target markets.


Management, and the sales and Marketing Department, will have different
perspective on ‘target markets’ than operational staff will have. For an instance,
management, sales and marketing may consider and work with target markets
such as:

 Corporate and commercial clients.


 Adventure tourist, eco tourist and other classifications of tourists.
 International visitors.
Meanwhile, for frontline staff involved in promoting products and services to
customers, the focus is likely to be on.

Ads Budget: A budget is a financial plan for a defined period, often one year.
It may also include planned sales volumes and revenues, resource quantities,
costs and expenses, assets, liabilities and cash flows.

We chose Affordable method for our ads: The affordable method is a


budgeting technique where by companies spend what they can afford. The
method is based on company’s capacity to spend. It based on the notion that a
company should on advertising as per its capacity. Company with a sounds more
on advertising and vice versa. As our company is new in the market place and we
can not afford big amount of money for ads. so, we fixed 5 lakh taka for this
promotional video.

Conclusion:
Benefit of awareness marketing is medium range of cost and good in promotional
material. Optimizing the hotel website frequently will get a better hotel business.
By this method hotel popularity will increase day by day. If hotel has a
promotional video that can be precede doing with you tube & Instagram, hotel
marketing expert need to shoot a video with a marketing strategy according to
hotel property. As much we can create awareness into the people by our ads as
much we can increase our business.
