If you want 3G prepaid data, then you pretty much have to go with 3. PCCW

In fact,when iPhone4 came out, we took the normal SIM card,and just using
a puncher(Noosy) and it punches to 3FF form factor dimensions and can be Members who are extremely knowledgeable about this
used on the iPhone4 and also iPad. destination and answer travellers’ questions frequently.

Just do remember to bring along the SIM ejector pin.
