JOB DESCRIPTION:-
HEAT EXCHANGERS

 Maintenance jobs carried out in Heat exchangers of Fixed, Floating and

U tube type, which include activities right from blinding, bundle pulling,
cleaning, testing, repair works as per the instructions.
 Having experience in plate type, shell and tube (single and multi-tubes)
exchanger. Involved in maintenance and repair of tubes, nozzle baffle
plates, etc.
 Hydro testing, Pneumatic testing such as shell testing, tube testing
and final testing.

VALVES

 Repair, maintenance, revisioning and installation of all following

valves. Gate valve, control valve, butterfly valve, Cork valve, foot
valve, Float valve, Needle valve, Regulator Valve, Non return
valve, safety valves.
 Independently work on Projects while offering coordination expertise.
 Cooperation with other teams and safety training.
 Comply with all state Plumbing codes throughout the duration of
each Project.
 Read Blueprints to determine appropriate materials and procedures
for each Project.
 Manage Job site hazards by accurately locating biohazards, low
grade radiation and chemicals.
 Clean sewer lines with drain cleaning equipment.
 Work with certified pipe welders by providing accurate
pipe preparation and fitting.
 Offer guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
 Inspect structures to avoid obstruction and delays throughout the
project.
  Repair steam ,drainage and sewer lines.
 Eliminated risks by correctively identifying potential safety hazards.
 Installed a variety of valves and fitting.
 Secured pipes to structures with clamp, brackets and hangers.
 Expanded trade Knowledge by networking with colleagous .
 Kept job site neat ,clean, and organized.
 Unloaded materials from delivery vehicles.
