base is predominantly in the US. We also have customers in Singapore and
Australia. Our focus is on being the IT advisor to our client partners. We work with
the CxO level executives and founders to convert their idea/vision into reality. We
do this through workshops where we understand their business and what they are
trying to achieve. We convert this discussion into an IT solution that can be
achieved in a defined time period. We link the payment to delivery of the solution
linking our success to the client’s success. We have been around for 6 years and
from 2 n d year onward have grown at 30%-40% per annum

We are looking for one person who can work with the CEO and the CTO on the
strategy for the next three years. The person will need to be able to:

 understand Nuage business

 study the market and competitors
 Do a SWOT analysis
 Understand the market direction
 Define what markets and tech areas Nuage should focus upon
 How a USP can be created
 Create the 3 year growth and investment plan
