Online Examination Guidelines for Students

November, 2020
1. Ensure a stable and uninterrupted internet connection before the
exam.
2. Use Google Meet and Google Classroom for the examination
platform.
3. Sign out from all other accounts and log in through apex mail.
4. Login before 10 minutes of examination time.
5. Keep your Apex Identity Card with you and show it to the
invigilators if they ask for.
6. Put your necessary stationery items with you for examination.
7. Keep your examination table clean.
8. Seat comfortably, focus your camera towards your answer books.
9. Receive your question paper from the Google classroom.
10. Use a standard size answer book as in board and internal exams.
11. Write Name, Roll number, Program, Semester, Section, Course
Name and Date in the first page of your answer sheets and write
your name and put your signature on the top of each page and page
number on the bottom of each page.
12. Keep your camera on throughout the exam duration.
13. Keep your microphone off during the examination.
14. Keep yourself off of social media during examination time.
15. Do not use a chat box while the examination is going on.
16. Do not share any file or folder during the examinations.
17. Use additional 30 minutes to take pictures of the answers and send
it in the respective class.
18. Submit your answer books in Google classroom in a single PDF
format with the help of Cam-Scanner or other scanning app or
device.
19. Do not send jpg and jpeg files.
20. Keep the original hard copy of your answer books properly which
need to be verified by college in future.
21. Do not write in answer books once you have submitted it.
22. Follow instructed rules and regulations throughout the
examinations.
23. Inform the invigilators or ICE for any kind of unavoidable
situations.
24. Be acknowledged about your submission of answer sheets by
invigilator.
