1.0 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

 Briefly explain about the entrepreneur that you discover. The name of the
entrepreneur, the business that the entrepreneur has, the business location and
also the products/services that the entrepreneur has.

2.0 INTRODUCTION

 Students have to explain in details about the entrepreneur and his/her business (for
e.g., background of the entrepreneur, what business he/she involves, what inspires
him/her to get involve into businesses, experience/journey in becoming the
successful entrepreneurs (challenges/obstacles), and etc.

3.0 PERSONAL ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCIES

 The term "ENTREPRENEURIAL COMPETENCIES" refers to the key characteristics

that should be possessed by successful entrepreneurs in order to perform
entrepreneurial functions effectively

 There are 13 of entrepreneurial competencies such as initiative; sees and acts on

opportunities; persistence; information seeking; concern for high quality of work;
commitment to work contract; efficiency orientation; systematic planning; problem
solving; self-confidence; assertiveness; persuasion and use of influence strategies

 As a result, students have to identify and explain with example at least TWO (2)
of the personal entrepreneurial competencies (PEC) of the selected entrepreneur
(based on the information that you have collected)

4.0 SWOT ANALYSIS

 SWOT Analysis is a useful technique for understanding the Strengths and

Weaknesses, and for identifying both the Opportunities open to the business and
the Threats that the business faced.

 Students have to briefly analyse the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and

Threats of the entrepreneur and his/her business
