Quick Users Guide

Universal Laser Cutter System manufactures non-contact, modern CO 2 laser
technology for laser cutting, engraving and marking for numerous materials.
The purpose of this machine is for you to create either miniatures or small
version of things. It has a laser tool that creates a strong light beam and honey
comb tray with 80 x 45 cm working space and focus tool that celebrates the
materials.

How to use Vaquform Machine

Step 1. Prepare 3D model and the plastic sheet Material

Step 2. Insert plastic sheet to the machine . Check the user interface . Unclick the toggle clamp
then insert the “wrench” to remove the sheet clamp.

Step 3. Pull the handle bar to raise and the plastic sheet and place the 3D model at the bottom
platen

Step 4. Start the machine . Set the required time countdown and heat standard to soften the
plastic

Step 5. Pull down the handle bar when the vacuum on and hold until the vacuum turned off.

Step 6. Removed the molded plastic

How to use Laser Cutter

Step 1. Open Adobe illustrator, then add new layers

Step 2. Make sure that the size of the canvass is the same size of the art board.

Step 3. Import image

Step 4. Make sure that the color is red is for cutting and black is for engraving
Step 5. Click CTRL + P on adobe illustrator. Then select VL56.60 as printer.

Step 6. Before printing make sure that the capable is connected to the laser printer.

Step 7: Open UCP ( Universal Laser System Control Panel ) Software Press POWER BUTTON.

Step 8. Identify the type of the materials. Use callipers for measuring the thickness

Step 9. Go to settings. Select materials Database and click material to be used

Step 10. Input the materials thickness afterwards. And then click OKAY
Step 11. Select Manual Control and adjust parameters of CUT (red) and ENGRAVE( black) as
desired

Step 12. You can change the speed /power of the laser cutting

Step 13: Put the materials on Honeycomb tray gently

Step 14. Set the origin x and y by using focus view tool. Select desired point or origin

Step 15. Check if it is in the correct origin by using Focus tool

Step 16. Turn on the Exhaust

Step 17. Close ULS Cover then click Star / Play button to start the operation.
