1 Object
The procedure describes the ways of dealing with nonconforming product to prevent its unintended use or delivery.

2 Scope
The procedure defines the actions to be taken, related responsibilities and authorities when a nonconforming
product is detected before or after delivery or use has started.
The procedure concerns both the purchased and the company’s own manufactured products.

3 Responsibility
QA Manager, Workshop foreman, QC Inspector, Production Supervisor and all CTR employees that discover a
product that is not according to specification.

5 Requirements
Product that is identified or suspected as being nonconforming shall immediately be marked and segregated where
practical.
