    Work Instructions
    Examination of Sample under the Microscope
    1. Clean the microscope lenses, mirror etc.

    2. Use clean glass slides

    3. Take a small quantity of sample on glass slide, crush it, add a drop of water and place
    a cover slide on it.

    4. Place the slide under the microscope.

    5. Adjust the lens to observe the sample for identification.

    6. Use adjustment screw and fine screw to adjust the lenses on glass slide so as to see
    the clear view of sample.

    7. Adjust diaphragm and mirror for light adjustment.
