F-401 Recording Presentation Guidelines

We can use zoom/google meet for recording the presentation. Sometimes network remains
unstable. That’s why don’t have the voice of recorded presentation clear. To overcome the
problem, we can use an editing software like Wondershare Filomra Scrn. Here are the step-by-
step activities for doing that.
1. You must turn on your camera before your presentation.
2. At first, join all the members in zoom/meet. At least one member is recommended to have
personal computer (Desktop/laptop). One of them will share the screen and the other records
the video. Both of them are expected to have stable internet connection. Hit the record option
and start the presentation.

Additional Points (In case of further editing)

3. Before starting the presentation, all should have an additional mobile to record his voice.
This is an additional task to smooth recording by editing. Normally zoom is recording our
voice, but we also need to record voice separately so that poor internet connection cannot do
much harm to our presentation.
4. After finishing the presentation, the recorded video will already be saved in our device. Now,
listen it and observe if the voice is smooth and clear or not. If it is ok, then we don’t need to
do anything further.
5. If the voice is not clear in the recorded video, we can edit the video through the editing

6. How to use Wondershare Filomra Scrn:
i. Open the software and choose video editing.
ii. From add file option you can add the presentation record and individual voice
records.
iii. Drag the video to track 1 and one voice record to track 2. Split the voice to get perfect
recording and match the voice with video by dragging it horizontally. Then bring the
next voice recording. You have to mute the sound of video recording bcz you are
giving voice from outside. You will get the option in the right-hand side box of this
software.
iv. When all are done, save the video.
