AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP
I, Nazrul Isalm Monju , son of late Abdul Halim, presently residing at House: 135/1, Block: GP
Cha, TB Gate, Mohakhali, Dhaka 1213, aged above 30 years, by profession businessman do
hereby solemnly affirm and declare
1. That my father passed away on 10th January 2020.
That I am the sole heir to his property.
3. That I have not published any Gazette for the death of my father and the fact that I are the only
heir to his property.
4. That at present all the properties are in my father's name.
5. That I am the only son of Abdul Halim and the only heir to his property and I have no family
member to claim the share to the property.
6. That my father Abdul Halim had a four storey building in Gulshan 1, House: 04. Road: 24,
Dhaka 1213 and a Toyota Fortuner car Model no. MT2694, Registration no. DHAKA - Ka 41-
4250.
7. That the above statements made are true and best of my knowledge.

I am executing this declaration to the concerned authorities for the inheritance of my father's
property.

 Affidavit for Correction of Name in SSC and HSC Certificate

I, Adrita Alo, daughter of Nazrul Islam Monju of City: Khulna, Thana: Khulna Sadar Thana,
District: Khulna 9100, at present residing at House: 135/1, Block: GP CHA, TB Gate,
Mohakhali, Dhaka 1213, aged above 25 years, by profession student, by faith Muslim, by
nationality Bangladeshi by birth do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows: -
1. That my name mistakenly appeared in both of my SSC and HSC certificate as 'Adrita
Alam'.
2. That my name is Adrita Alo as such I have made correction to my name from Adrita
Alam' to 'Adrita Alo' before the Notary Public and from now my name is 'Adrita Alo'.
3. That the statements made above are time to the best of my knowledge and in witness
whereof I sign this affidavit before the Notary Public on the 1* day of August 2020,
Dhaka, Bangladesh.
