An article on good posture


A good posture means standing straight, sitting straight and lying
straight. Lying straight does not means that you have sleep
straight all night but means that you have to sleep in a way that
does not harm or effects your backbone.

Whenever you are doing your activities or your work just be in a


good posture. By standing up straight, you centre your weight over
your feet and not in the back but if you put it in the back you may
affect your backbone.

If you don’t pay attention to your posture while working it may


cause injuries. While working on a sitting posture be sure to keep
your posture straight. You need to rest and move every 30min to
keep sure your posture doesn’t bend.

If you lift anything heavy, more than your weight it may cause
injuries. Always bend your knees and keep your legs straight when
you lift things. When you are on a sleeping posture be in a good
position by letting your body curve and your knees bend. Good
posture can make you taller and slimmer.

Obtain good muscle strength to be able to pull clients into the


correct position
