C. VALIDITY OF RESEARCH

1. The Objectives of Study: To find the relation on breakfast skipping on nutritional status
and school perfomance of school children.
2. Methodology
o Design: Cross Sectional Study
o Hierarchy of Evidence : 3
o Sample : School children from 3 selected schools
o Sample Size : 195
o Inclusion Criteria : School children of Age: 10-16 years and from Udupi District.

analyzed using WHO criteria. The author using many parameters to identified the
school perfomance relation with breakfast skipping. The data collected with interview
that scheduled and tabulated the data and analyzed it from linked refrences.

(2007) and SPSS Package Version 16.0 to analyze statistic data.
o Randomization : Randomized Controll Trials ( RCT)
o Intervention : No Intervention
o Analysis Method : Using statical analysis tool : the collected data is analyzed
with chi-square and t-test is used for statistical testing. Demographic profiles,
anthropometric measurement like current weight, height, body mass index (BMI) were
analyzed using WHO criteria.
