As I move forward in life and strive to make a positive impact on children in education, it
is with great diligence that I continue to increase my professional growth and continuously
When an individual has the privilege of representing the word educator, the core
characteristics of one should be established on all students' needs while collaborating to innovate
I believe entrusting social ethics and the principles that all educators should acquire when
working in the field, we should always appreciate the pursuit of dignity, commitment to
brilliance, and fellow educators' optimistic vision. Critically leading with these policies, they will
reassure that all children are granted a free education to understand, have equal opportunities,
and gain the self-confidence to teach others. The educating individual should never compromise
naturally during the process of educating. The educator’s role is crucial, and the admiration of
families, children, and colleagues will permit them to express their desired qualities freely.
I believe, “If children are excited, curious, resourceful, and confident about their ability
to figure things out and eager to exchange opinions with other adults and children, they are
bound to go on learning, particularly when they are out of the classroom and throughout the rest
