What is the use-case for pink Himalayan salt in food, or on food?

By
that, I mean other than as a marketing gimmick?

Almost everywhere I look, people are bashing the health benefits of

Himalayan salt. This is because they’re not really educated about it. Just
having Himalayan salt that is pink in color is not good enough for the
health benefits. It has to be crystal salt. Crystal salt. Most people are
uneducated about this.

To make this very simple to understand, it is like saying diamonds and

pencil lead are the same thing because they’re both carbon. Himalayan
crystal salt is like a diamond, and a regular table salt is like pencil lead.
They are the same, yet very different. I would not pay thousands of
dollars for pencil lead, and I wouldn’t pay thousands of dollars for
diamonds either, because I don’t want diamonds right now. I would pay
more for Himalayan crystal salt.

Regular table salt, as in the pure white stuff such as Morton’s, is a toxic
poison. Himalayan crystal salt is the best salt that I know of and is very
good for you in small quantities.

The problem with pink Himalayan salt, is that not all pink Himalayan salt
is crystal salt. And sometimes there are even counterfeits like
Pakistanian road salt.
To get more educated about pink Himalayan crystal salt, I recommend
reading the book Water and Salt the Essence of Life. It can be found
here: Water & Salt Book

Without salt in your diet, you will die. This does not mean you need to
salt your food more. Most people would benefit from salting their food
less, and using high quality salt.

When you have terms on the label of salt such as finishing salt or kosher
salt, these terms usually refer to the size of the salt particles. Sea salt
usually just means course salt.

Here is a quick, mini guide to salt, based off my extensive research on

the topic:

Pink Himalayan crystal salt is very very good for you in small quantities.
This is the best salt available.

Redmond Real Salt is one step below Himalayan crystal salt, but still
really good for you.

Celtic Grey Salt is sort of good for you, but definitely not the best.

Regular white table salt, which is found in most homes and restaurants,
whether it is iodized or not, is a toxic poison.

The term “Sea Salt” is just a marketing gimmick. All salt comes from the
sea at one point. Most salt labeled as such is a toxic poison. Some
verities have readeaming qualities, but you would have to reasearch it.

There are other salt varieties available that are good for you, I just don’t
know their names. If you’re not sure whether a particular brand or type
of salt is good for you, just assume that it is not. There are not very
many brands or varieties of salt on the market that are good for you.
Most are not.
