**The percentage of IP beds available is based on the total number of beds used (ICU & Inpatient) divided by total staffed beds (not displayed) both ICU and inpatient. The percentage of ICU beds available is based
on the total number of ICU staffed beds divided by the ICU beds used. And, this includes ALL patients, not only COVID patients.
***Number of patients with suspected or laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 who died on the previous calendar day of reporting in the hospital and hospital ED.

- Capacity and Utilization Data
Hospitals and acute/post-acute medical facilities should report daily (all 7 days)
Exception: Saturday and Sunday data may be reported on Monday
- PPE data must be reported on Wednesday (collection date)
- Submit data to TeleTracking™ https://teletracking.protect.hhs.gov
- Influenza fields added on 10/6 are mandatory beginning 12/18/20 - New
- New therapeutic fields are optional 12/16 becoming mandatory on 1/8/2021 – New

The Daily Compliance view (located on the Capacity & Utilization tab) has been expanded to allow users to see whether or not they were
compliant over the past fourteen days (including the present day).
This update also gives users the ability to edit the web form for any date that they were not compliant by clicking Edit on the
corresponding date card. The web form will contain notations to point out the data fields missing in order to meet compliance for that day.
