Ingredients used in Achari Gosht


• Fenugreek seed - 3/4 teaspoons.
• Nigella seed (kalonji) - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seed - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cumin seed - 1 tea spoon.
• Fennel seed - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger-garlic - 1 tablespoon.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Yogurt - 1 cup.
• Lamb with bones - 1 lbs.
• Green chilli - 6 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Oil - as required.
• Salt - to taste.

Method:
Puree yoghurt andcoriander leaves in a blender lightly pound fennel seed, cumin seed,
mustard seed, fenugreek seed, nigella seeds in a pestle.
In a pan add oil, onion saute till soft

Add ginger - garlic, salt, green chilli, spice crushed, turmeric powder, saute few minutes.
Then add yoghurt mixture and boil add lamb cook covered in medium till done.
