Position Title: Lecturer: Accounting/ Finance

1. Position Description: BAIUST solicits applications for full time faculties for the Dept of
Business Administration. The successful candidate will:

a. Teach undergraduate courses that meet the curricular needs of the university with
particular emphasis on fundamental education in Accounting/ Finance with all related areas.
b. Teach specialized courses of Business Accounting/ Finance etc.
c. Assist in the continuous review and development of the programs run by Dept of
Business Administration.
d. Assist in developing academic techniques designed to meet the needs of the diverse
learning styles and intellectual interests.
e. Work in accordance with University policies and procedures to undertake assessment of
students’ work and give feedback.
f. Any other related jobs as assigned by the University authority.
2. Educational Qualification and Experience:
a. MBA and BBA with major in Accounting/ Finance from a reputed University. Must
have achieved at least 03 x First Class/Div/A Grade in the entire educational curriculum.
b. Excellent skills in presentation.
c. Teaching experience preferred.
d. Proficiency in English and Bengali.
3. Salary: An attractive package based on the qualifications and experience as per University
Service rules.
