Good news! ​We are reporting 0 active COVID-19 cases within our team. We 
have reported 1 confirmed case within our team in the past. Those numbers 
include both our existing team members and our transitioned (former 
HawkBook) team members. **Please note we’re on winter break so testing is 
temporarily paused until January 2021. 

Winter Break ​is ongoing and can’t wait to see your beautiful faces back in 
January. Stay safe, ​do the five​, and be happy. Happy HO-lidays from EIPedu. 

“Borrow-It” ​applications will become available January 1, 2021 and will close 
on March 26, 2021.  

eip@home ​registration will become available January 1, 2021 beginning with 

former families. That includes 2017-present families. We’ll then release it to 
current families in late-January. The first eip@home video will be published 
January 6, 2021 and they’ll be published weekly on Wednesday. 

EIPjrs ​will not provide service in the 2021-2022 academic year, statement will 
be released in the coming weeks. 

 
 
 

What a success! ​We successfully distributed 100 “koats” to 100 “kids” this 
December. We greatly appreciate the support from both existing and former 
parents and respect your effort and the role you played in making this event 
possible. We reinstated 27 subscriptions! “Koats for Kids” 2021 will take place 
December 1 and December 2, 2021. Those dates are subject to change. 

Have you seen our truck yet? ​For the rest of 2020, if you spot our truck wave 
us down and say our slogan “The dream team of tutors, EIP.” You’ll receive 
something special from us. ​ONLY SEVEN DAYS LEFT. 

 
 
 

Happy HO, HO, HO-lidays! ​Our 2020 HO-lidays event has ended but it’s still 
the holiday season with New Years incoming.
