per approved GFC drawings of 1200mm dia. with M35 grade Design Mix

Rate shall include cost of using required dosage of admixture in concrete
for obtaining required workability as per approval of engineer in charge.
Drilling shall be done by use of hydraulic rig using temporary casing of
required depth (min. of 4.5 mtr). Polymer slurry to be used and as directed
by the Engineer. (Use of Bentonite slurry is not permitted). Reinforcement
will be paid seperately. Rate shall also include cost of polymer to be used
for stabilisation of bore.

earlier. After termination of M/s IL&FS the balance works were got executed by various other contractors on the
instruction of Maha Metro officials.

approval of NMRCL and successful completion of all
work included in this iteam including metallising and

4) No deduction for holes and no addition for rivets

/bolts/welds/HSFG Bolts etc. shall be made.
5) The contractor shall submit the detailed erection
drawing and Launching scheme along with necessary
design calculations for approval from GC/ Maha Metro
officials before erection and launching of girder.
6) Temporary supports if any required for the erection/

launching shall be erected after the approval of
Engineer. Nothing extra shall be payable on this
account.
7) The contractor shall take all safety precautions that

will be necessary in consultation with Engineer as per
extant rules/guidelines. Nothing extra shall be payable
on this account.
8) Notwithstanding above. The contractor shall be fully

responsible for any mishap that may occur as a result
of negligent working.
9) Contractor has to take every precautionary measure
for safety of running train during and after launching of
