With reference to the pre-bid conference held on 06.07.2010, enclosed herewith is the copy
of Amendment no. 1 to the Bidding Document for 1750 MW Demwe Lower Hydroelectric
Project (5 X 342MW + 1 X 40MW), Arunachal Pradesh, India on EPC/ Turnkey basis along
with the clarifications to the queries, raised in pre-bid conference and subsequently.

The copy of the Amendment/ Corrigendum duly sealed & signed by the bidders is also
required to be submitted along the Stage-I (techno-commercial) bid.

The last date of submission of Stage-I (Technical) Bids has been extended upto 25.08.2010.

All other Terms & Conditions shall remain unchanged.
