1. Have sufficient stocks from the Ramadhan Participation Items (Klasic Kombo: Kombo A and B)
2. Print out POSM from Market Hub and display it on the 16 May 2020.
3. Blast out Teacher’s Day Initiative on your digital platform eg. Facebook, Instagram & Whatsapp,
Telegram & Line.
4. Approve and Download article key at POS for this promotion by the 15th May 2020 - Slide 5
◼ Take note that this article key is the same as the Nurse Day article key. It will only be re-activated
again on the 16 May 2020.

How many days is this promotion?
◼ 1 day only on the 16 May 2020
How do we check their Identification/documentation details ?
◼ Check for the School names, occupation (lecturer, teacher, cikgu), name, the picture with the person at the counter
What happens if their staff tag has no picture
◼ It is okay! Just ensure their tags/documentation has their names and occupation (i.e lecturer, teacher)
Is it only for Teachers?
◼ This initiative is to celebrate Teacher’s Day, hence only for teachers.
Can they claim more than once?
◼ No, it is 1 combo per teacher per receipt per day
The promotion is capped?
◼ Yes. The promotion is capped at first 50 teacher per station.
Can they choose the Ramadan combo?
◼ No, it is limited to the RM 6 Combo which has a choice of either 1Litter of Soya + 2 cans Cincau (EM + WS) or 3 bottles of Sunkist Orange (WM Only)
How do retailers zero-rise the amount?
◼ Retailers will be given a special article key which need to be downloaded into the system and scan in order to zero-rise this bundle
Does customer need to buy from Select or anything from the station to be eligible for this promotion?
◼ Customer can purchase fuels, shop items, Costa, Lubricant, to be eligible for this promotion. This promotion excludes: co-locators, Tobacco, E-pay & T&GO products
Is this available in all Shell Station
◼ It is available in Shell Nationwide, but only limited to Shell Station with SELECT stores only.
