EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY FOR LAND BROKERS/AGENTS

To whom it may concern,

I, Victoriano C. Bermudez, Jr., grant the extension of my authority to the following:

1. Victorino A. Delmendo with residential address at Dupac, Asingan, Pangasinan

2. Jexter C. Delmendo with residential address at Dupac, Asingan, Pangasinan
3. Nilo S. Austria with residential address at #138 Calvo St., Mangatarem, Pangasinan

to act as brokers/agents for land sourcing and acquisition activities on SUNGROW’s proposed solar power plant
project in the North Luzon Region. I authorize them to request and obtain copies of all relevant documents
that are necessary but not limited to the following:

a. Certified True Copy of the Land Title

b. Tax Declaration of Real Property and Latest Proof of Payment
c. Lot/Survey Plans issued by DENR-LMB
d. Certification of Status of Plans/Lots approved by LRA
e. Other documents (if applicable):
i. Special Power of Authority (SPA) for person(s) authorized to represent the landowner(s)
ii. Extra Judicial Settlement
iii. Deed of Sale
iv. Deed of Assignment
v. Government Isued Identification Card
vi. Marriage Certificate
vii. Others

This authorization letter is valid only until December 31, 2020.
