 Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to
coordinate computer network access and use.
 Load computer tapes and disks, and install software and printer paper or forms.
 Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating systemsoftware.
 Configure with network users about how to solve existing system problems.
 Perform remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorizedperipheralequipment
 Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007 and any other
authorized desktop applications
 Disk defragmentation, CHKDSK, Disk cleanup, ASR backup, NT backup, Device drivers(roll
